Challenging ourselves and striving for higher efficiency is part of our daily work. Before taking a step we ask ourselves if this is the best way forward. What should we do more or less of? How can we serve you better? How can we strengthen cooperation between Latvia and the Nordic countries and help you to seize the opportunities offered by the Nordic neighbouring countries? Every opinion is a value since it may spark new ideas, therefore we kindly ask for your insight and reflections.
We have drawn up a brief questionnaire to assess effectiveness of our work. For that your opinion matters the most. Your views are valuable to us whether we have worked together before or not.
The questionnaire is intended to help us:
- Improve the quality of our services.
- Provide you the most relevant information.
- Use the most convenient channels of communication.
Your time is precious; therefore, we have made the questionnaire as concise as possible. It consists of six questions, and half of those are multiple-choice questions with a rating scale. The survey is anonymous and takes about 3 minutes to complete.
